ARTICLE 1: AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
Your access to and use of Nexrion ("Platform") constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms establish a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Nexrion. Continued use of the Platform signifies ongoing acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies outlined herein.
If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform. Partial acceptance is not permitted under any circumstances.
ARTICLE 2: USER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Platform access is exclusively reserved for individuals who have attained the age of 18 years or older. By accessing Nexrion, you affirmatively represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Nexrion reserves the absolute right to verify user age through various authentication methods. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification upon request will result in immediate account suspension and platform access termination.
ARTICLE 3: PLATFORM CLASSIFICATION - SOCIAL CASINO
Nexrion operates exclusively as a social casino platform designed for entertainment purposes. The Platform does not facilitate, support, or enable real-money gambling, wagering, or betting of any nature. All gaming activities utilize virtual credits that possess zero monetary value in real-world contexts.
Users explicitly acknowledge that virtual credits, tokens, or other in-game items cannot be exchanged, redeemed, converted, or transferred for real money, tangible goods, or services of any kind. Success or accumulation of virtual credits confers no rights to real-world monetary rewards.
ARTICLE 4: ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Users must conduct themselves in accordance with all applicable laws and maintain respectful, ethical behavior while using the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, data mining or extraction, automated bot usage, reverse engineering, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any conduct that disrupts platform operations or infringes upon other users' rights.
Nexrion maintains zero tolerance for abusive behavior, harassment, fraudulent activities, or attempts to manipulate platform systems. Violations will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action where applicable.
ARTICLE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
All Platform content, including but not limited to software code, graphics, user interfaces, visual designs, trademarks, logos, audio elements, and compiled data, constitutes proprietary intellectual property owned by Nexrion or its licensors. This content is protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
ARTICLE 6: SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
While Nexrion endeavors to maintain consistent Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Nexrion reserves the unconditional right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We bear no liability for service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuations, whether temporary or permanent.
ARTICLE 7: WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nexrion explicitly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted access.
Nexrion makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Platform content. Users assume all risks associated with Platform use, including but not limited to technical failures, data loss, or security breaches.
ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexrion and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to Platform use or inability to use the Platform.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which such claims are based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Nexrion has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ARTICLE 9: USER INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexrion and its affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms of Service; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; (c) your misuse of the Platform; or (d) your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
ARTICLE 10: TERMINATION RIGHTS
Nexrion reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your Platform access without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service, suspicious activity, or violation of platform policies.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations.
ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum, improper venue, or lack of personal jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 12: TERMS MODIFICATION PROTOCOL
Nexrion reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through Platform notifications or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It remains your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes. Ignorance of modifications does not excuse compliance obligations.
ARTICLE 13: SEVERABILITY AND ENFORCEABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
